Richard Schreier responded again to the reproaches: "The VVHOIS record for drakedomainscorp.com clearly shows the Registrant/OWNER of the domain is in fact Drake Domains Corporation."
- Yes, but in older-whois Drake Domains Corp. was located at the same address as pool.com in Ottawa and in newer-whois they are located in barbados. Seems that they were moved in the last few days from Canada to Bardabos ;-) Understandable step in light of climate difference. Or do they only want to be nearby namescout.com, the momentous-owned asia-registrar in Barbados, which has actual the same address as Drake Domains Corporation.

- She is the director of Drake Ventures Ltd. (owned by Drake Domains Corp) and she has an an oddly connection to momentous (owner of pool.com).
No statement of Mr. Schreier about dispute for pool.eu Drake Ventures Ltd. has made a dispute for pool.eu.
- Why Drake defends a trademark, owned by pool.com, if there is no ownership relation between Pool and Drake?
By the way: Nice comment from Paul de Havilland: You (=Mr. Schreier) say "As a Pool.com customer, Drake Ventures bids were deposited with a third party attorney as a safeguard against even the appearance of impropriety." Why the caution if there is no connection between Pool and Drake?
